The founders of Independent Title & Escrow LLC, Andres and Pamela Rojas, have been in the industrysince 2003 and are both Licensed Title Insurance Producers, Agents and Settlement Service providers.

Independent Title & Escrow, LLC serves the entire DMV area and has locations in Rockville, Maryland and Fairfax, Virginia. We also travel or perform remote closings (out of our office) upon request.
